Free and professional delivery
We deliver all our mirrors in collaboration with our shipping partner. They specialize in delivering mirrors. Delivery of your order is free. Delivery typically takes place within 5 business days. For scheduling purposes, our shipping partner will contact you (by email) 3 days before the delivery date to confirm the delivery date.
If delivery fails because the package is refused at the agreed-upon time, we will charge you for the delivery costs.
The driver delivers only to the front door on the ground floor. Therefore, in the case of bulky items or a floor other than the ground floor, please arrange for your own (transport) assistance on site. In most cases, the driver will lend a hand, but is under no obligation to do so.
Delivery to the Wadden Islands
It is possible to have an order shipped to the islands. There are no additional charges for letter and package orders; these will be sent to you according to the standard procedure. However, charges will apply for furniture and pallet shipments.
Larger shipments (furniture and pallet shipments) are transported by island carriers. When ordering online, enter your address and ZIP code. On the agreed-upon date, the carrier will deliver your order to the transfer center of the appropriate island carrier for delivery to the island. The island carrier will handle transportation to your island address. The additional cost is €45.00.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. We only ask for a contribution toward the cost of returns or exchanges.
Before you place an order, it’s helpful to know what the return or exchange fees are, in case the product isn’t what you expected.
Returns:
The return fee depends on the size and fragility of the package. For fragile items, such as a mirror, we recommend that you have us book the shipment through our own carrier so you can be sure it arrives at our location in one piece.
Mirrors up to 179 cm in height: €20
Mirrors 180 cm and taller: €40.
Exchange:
If you choose to exchange an item—for example, for a different color or size—we will charge 50% of the return shipping costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant with all accessories provided and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nordic-style.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been returned to us in good condition. Please note: To avoid problems with returns, such as a lost package, please always contact us first.
Packaging
Of course, we want to ship our products in the best possible way. That’s why we choose to ship small items in a box, while larger items will be shipped in special protective packaging. Our mirrors are always securely packed in special packaging. For returns, we recommend that you keep this packaging! This is to prevent any damage during shipping as much as possible.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Things don’t always go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first bring any complaints to our attention by emailing info@nordic-style.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Starting February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file it through the European Union’s platform.”
