The return fee depends on the size and fragility of the package. For fragile items, such as a mirror, we recommend that you have us book the shipment through our own carrier so that you can be sure it will arrive back to us in one piece.

Mirrors up to 179 cm in height: €20
Mirrors 180 cm and taller: €40.

You may return your product within 30 days. You must return it in its original packaging, so be sure to keep it in a safe place if you're not yet sure about the mirror.

We want you to be satisfied with the mirror, and of course we’d love for you to have a Nordic Style mirror in your home, which is why we’ve decided to cut the exchange fee we charge you in half.

If you choose to exchange an item—for example, for a different color or size—we will charge 50% of the return shipping costs.

We’re so sorry to hear that your mirror arrived damaged. We’ll, of course, make sure this is resolved properly. Please upload at least two photos and, if possible, a video as attachments. We’ll get back to you with a solution within 24 hours.
