With a mirror, it's not just about the design, but also about the quality of the reflection. That's why we use only high-quality silver mirror glass.

There are roughly two types of mirror glass:

• Silver mirror glass – provides a very clear, true-to-life reflection with minimal distortion.
• Aluminum mirror glass—is a more affordable alternative, but generally produces a less clear reflection.

All of our mirrors feature silver-coated mirror glass. This offers:

• 100% true-to-life reflection up to approximately 1.5 meters away.
• 98% reflectance at a distance of 1.5 to 3 meters.

By comparison, aluminum mirror glass typically has a reflection purity of about 85% to 90% at these distances, which means the reflection may be slightly less clear and accurate.

We specifically mention that we use silver mirror glass so that you can be sure you’re choosing professional-quality mirror glass. If another supplier doesn’t specify the type of mirror glass used, there’s a good chance it’s aluminum mirror glass.

All of our mirrors are made with silver mirror glass that falls under the category of safety glass.

• For framed mirrors, the back of the safety glass is glued to a 2mm MDF backing board.
• In the case of frameless mirrors, the back of the mirror is covered with a strong adhesive film.

Both methods fall under the category of safety glass.

Note: (Mirror) glass remains a fragile product, even if it is safety glass. Always handle it with care and follow our hanging and usage instructions.

Your order will be delivered in sturdy packaging. However, we’ve chosen to work with a carrier that specializes in delivering mirrors. We want to ensure that your order is delivered to you in good condition and as agreed.

Your order will be delivered within 5 business days in the Netherlands or Belgium.

For logistical planning purposes, the carrier will contact you (by email) 2 days before deliveryto schedule a delivery time.

Our carrier will deliver the package on the ground floor, behind the first door.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. With us, you can cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. As soon as we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the full order amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Mirrors are large and fragile items. That is why we have our own carrier pick up returns , so that the mirror arrives back at our facility safely and undamaged.

• Mirrors up to 179 cm → €20
• Mirrors 180 cm and up → €40

Exchange

Would you prefer a different size or color? Of course, that's possible. For exchanges, we charge 50% of the return shipping costs.

• Mirrors up to 179 cm → €10
• Mirrors 180 cm and up → €20

How do returns work?

1. Report your return using the return form
2. We'll schedule a pickup or exchange with our carrier
3. Pack the mirror securely in its original packaging
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 business days

Important to Know

• The product must be returned complete and in good condition
• If possible, please return the product in its original packaging
• In the event of damage or signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product, we may charge a depreciation fee
